Orto
A bespoke logotype and suite of illustrated assets for new Penzance neighbourhood restaurant and wine bar, Orto. The serif lettering was developed through inspiration shaped by the forms of a garden: expressive curves, gentle irregularities and crafted proportions that allow the typography to feel both classic and modern. A set of hand-drawn illustrations complete the system – bringing heritage vegetables, tomatoes, leafy greens, fish and pasta to life with an easy, expressive touch that can be used across both print and digital touchpoints.
